Donte Bledsoe

Growing up in Rapid City, the game of baseball has always been a thing that we as a whole do well. I’m a proud native of Harney Little League and an alumnus of Post 22. After Post 22 I continued my career at Riverland Community College where I went on to receive all-conference, all-state, all-region, and all-American honors as a second baseman. 

After my playing days were finished, I was blessed with a beautiful family and as my family grew I was exposed to the coaching world. My passion for the game took on a whole new form when I first helped with my oldest son's first tee ball season. 

While having a strong sense of pride in the baseball community of Rapid City, I have also been a witness to the division in our baseball community for as long as I can remember. I was watching a baseball tournament one Sunday afternoon and heard this very subject brought up by a spectator, and the vision became clear. Finally, I was given eyes that see, ears that hear, and a heart with pure intention. As I looked around I saw opportunities for growth and unity in the community that I care deeply for. 

Growing up as a student-athlete we are instructed to juggle a multitude of challenges, without always having the proper tools. I then realized I had a close relationship with a professional in each area necessary to truly become a successful student-athlete. I knew it was time to bring it all together. 

We offer personal baseball instruction, nutrition guidance, personal strength training, tutoring, and counseling if needed. Encompassing everything necessary, but not always accessible or affordable, for our young athletes. My goal is to provide all of these services at the lowest cost possible, giving our youth athletes a true chance at maximizing their potential regardless of any barriers. 

I believe the family we have put together can be the team that walks with your athlete through the entirety of their athletic career. As we are instructed to be fishers of men, we intend to do just that. The Lord has blessed us with a skill for the game and a passion for the youth. By providing me with these special people in my life, he has allowed us to bring the full scope of what it takes to be a successful athlete together through a family of people dedicated to spreading the word and sharing the talents bestowed upon us to the youth in this community.
